For him, his state is pretty well within 'normal' range. It could be a lot worse. Dark rings around his eyes, hair mussed, maybe even some redness around his neck, but don't pay attention to that, nothing to see. By normal standards, he's sort of a mess. But then, doesn't he always look a bit sick.]

It's one of those things where, yes, that's the case, but you don't necessarily have to bring it up! It's the way I am and it can't be helped. It isn't my fault I have trouble sleeping, that isn't being overworked, only an issue plenty share, that can certainly make you look sick without illness!
It's...more that actually being asleep is uncomfortable. And I can deal with it, so there's no reason to use medications or anything, that would just be a waste.
